Sean Paul @duttypaul jacket I was commissioned to make as a gift from Live Nation @livenationon and Budweiser Stage @budweiserstage for Sean in celebration of his homeland of Jamaica and his time in Toronto 🍁🇯🇲👨🎤🫶

I drew inspiration from his HISTORY, HOBBIES, HEROS:
Jamaican legend Bob Marley is a hero of Sean's who's often recorded at Marley's Tuff Gong Studio in Jamaica which also serves as a beacon of hope and inspiration in his community.
On the Jamaica sleeve's cuff is patchwork and sashiko pool lanes of green and yellow in reference to the community pool where Sean grew up swimming in hopes of becoming a professional swimmer and water polo player for Jamaica. He often came up with rhythms and lyrics while swimming there.
The collar features a paisley bandana and a metallic chain in reference to Sean's iconic and staple bandana headbands and necklaces.
On the chest reads DUTTY, his hallmark and name of his record label and break out album Dutty Rock.
Behind it is flames in honor of his hits Temperature, Gimme the Light, and Get Busy, who's music video was actually filmed in Toronto. Sean always brings the heat.
The Toronto half features city skyline graphics, and logos of our iconic sports teams like @raptors @bluejays
On the back is an ode to his performance yesterday in Toronto at @budweiserstage. All done in patchwork sashiko. I used 3 Budweiser logos from the last 3 decades to represent that just like Sean Paul @budweiser and @budweiserstage is also a staple and master of every decade.
