Jonster Denim Armor + Mask
handmade from scratch by me. i used a levis jacket as the base of the torso, cut it drastically and free sculpted muscles, viens and tendons on out of scraps of denim from other projects. i used boning and stuffing and starch fort he structuring
for the mask i just used a jean wasitband to strap around a head and made a face plate shape out of back pockets and then sculpted bone structure, eyes, teeth and shit from that
this is inspired by roman/spartan type amour as well as samurai masks and armour but as i was making it i started going down the MONSTER path
this was walked at my toronto fashion show may 2024
